7th ANNUAL MOTHER’S DAY MAKEOVERS ON SKID ROW…

SUNDAY, MAY 12th @ 3pm

One of the MOST LOVED HUMANITARIAN EVENTS of the WHOLE YEAR is here!! We are heading to Skid Row to do HAIR STYLING, MAKE-UP, NAILS, a WARDROBE MAKEOVER, PHOTOSHOOT with PRINT OUTS, RED CARPET and of course COSMETIC SWAG BAGS for these AMAZING women that live on Heroin Alley!!

WE NEED A LOT MORE HELP as the population on Skid Row has increased with the nation’s economic condition. If you know anyone that can help with providing their SERVICE OF or PRODUCT FOR hair, makeup, clothing styling, nails, making sandwiches, handing out bottles of water, COSMETIC CARE PACKS or can simply provide a listening ear, WE NEED YOU!!

Especially if you are gifted in photography or video, we are in need of your help to tell their stories! PLEASE INVITE YOUR FRIENDS and BE THE POSITIVE CHANGE!

**HUGE THANKS to HYATT HOTELS and NEUTROGENA for sponsoring this year’s event!! Also, a shout out to DREW BARRYMORE and FLOWER BEAUTY for some stunning product for the women as well!**

The other year a woman expressed how this is the highlight of her year and said "please don't forget us". Well they are not forgotten and we are rolling out the RED CARPET, in every sense, for them to walk down. We want to fill it with PHOTOGRAPHERS and people cheering them on after they have their makeovers to make them feel like the VIP's that they are! We will also have a STEP-AND-REPEAT PHOTOWALL with their favorite photo printout for them! The photowall will read, "I AM...." and they will have 25+ options of signs to hold saying "LOVED", "BEAUTIFUL", "STRONG", "ADORED", "COURAGEOUS", “MOM” and much more.

HONOR YOUR MOM and impact a life while having your life inspired as well. We can assure you that you will be glad you came!

Last year we did over 75 Makeovers and this year will be more. So if you are wondering, "SHOULD I BRING CLOTHES, FOOD, SUPPLIES, etc.??" wonder no more and bring anything! Ha but serious!!

TEACH ORPHANS TO SURF/BODYBOARD IN MEXICO...

HIGH IMPACT WEEKEND:

Fri. Evening, MAY 24th-26th

We are doing a MINI-MEXICO TRIP to TEACH ORPHANS HOW TO SURF (and bodyboard)!!

Join us as we go to an orphanage that is focused on taking kids out of the RED LIGHT DISTRICT of TIJUANA. The orphanage was started by an American couple that operates out of an old hotel overlooking the ocean. They are soooo excited about us coming to help! We really need some surfers and/or skaters because at least 12 of the orphans are already excited to surf with us!! Even if you don't have that skill, we need a few that can be our "BODYBOARD EXPERTS" haha! We will also help in any other cleaning/painting needs the orphanage may need, but their primary objective for us is to bring the kids lots of hope and love!

Even if you can't make it but want to help, the orphanage is in great need of pens for the kids schoolwork, shampoo, deodorant, and toothpaste. We will gladly take any supplies and get a picture for you of your love in action!!

We are keeping the cost of the trip to $30 per person to pay for our Red Eye SUV gas and any other vehicles, as well as food, lodging donation to the orphanage (man, what a great deal!). Come hit the waves with some of the coolest kids in the world!!

At RED EYE we love to create opportunities where we meet PHYSICAL NEEDS like food and clothing for humanity but we also want to provide experiences where CREATIVE NEEDS are met as well. KIDS in need on a beach, a stack of SURFBOARDS and BODYBOARDS, and cramming in a caravan with BOARD SHORTS? Nothing better! HaHa

We are keeping this to a LIMITED SIZE GROUP, so if you are interested in this HIGH-IMPACT WEEKEND TRIP taking place on May 24th-26th, CONTACT US FOR MORE INFO, AS SPACE IS LIMITED...
